Very good idea and well overdue. Perhaps when the site maintainer has the time or the inclination some links to the bars with sites could be created. Not a criticism by any means-just a suggestion. Otherwise I couold suggest the Olde Anglesea Pub in Wildwood, New Jersey where I have watched many a celtic match myself being well looked after by Sean McLaughlin behind the bar and their local club President. Also, the Hatfield Bar on the Lower Ormeau road in Belfast who deserve a mention after the tough time that those guys have had over the years. But, this is a very good idea for a site and one that I personally will be referencing when I head off on my hols

Absolutely fantastic site !!!! How many times do you see fellow Celts putting out the call on the official CFC web asking where they can catch a game !! A couple of suggestions: 1) Include an indicator to highlight if they have a CSC linked to the bar. 2) Telephone numbers 3) Post Codes

The background should be more green !!! (just kidding - keep up the good work)

Editor: Keep the suggestions coming. I have not seen a bad one yet!! All are taken onboard.  The initial plan is to get the web-site established, then we will put the suggestions into plan. Thanks to the loads of people who have e-mailed me with new bars. They will be published at the weekend. This is the hottest new site at the moment.Thanks....Hail Hail.

Brilliant web site, it gives me first hand info of all the celtic pubs, and as I play with QUIGLEYS POINT Irish folk duo it gets our name right into the hearts of celtic people who want to listen to our kind of music. So all supporters and social club members if you want an Irish folk duo to play in your pub gives a call Geraldine 0141 771 2828. Hail Hail and lets have another season just like the last season. Slainthe.

EDITOR:  If any other band want a mention on this site, give me your details and we will put it in our Noticeboard  page. If we get enough, we will start a new page dedicated to pub bands looking for gigs.

Tapo here in Dubai , Can you please confirm the Dubai pubs are correct because last year none of these pubs showed the games , and I am fed up being let down for games .

ps anyone in Dubai want to play football please contact dubaiirish@hotmail.com and yes it is football and not gealic football .

tapo

Editor: Unfortunately some of the pubs listed cannot show games, but you will find it a Celtic friendly pub. Hopefully you will meet someone in there who does know where you can watch the hoops. I have been to Dubai a few times, and we watched football in  Thatchers Bar in the Dubai Marine Hotel. Not a Celtic bar, but they sometimes show games. Worth a try.

Chris Lochrie, Cardonald No:1 CSC, Glasgow, Heard about this invaluable site from Davy, I think he's from Bothwell. Keep it going chaps. Incidentally I live in Paisley now but still drink in Howdens - Cardonald and obviously run the Bus. In the Paisley section the Court Bar and the Stags Head are listed-the Court Bar is frequented by Huns coz its right next door to the Wig & Pen(TOTAL TIM) so I would scrub that. And the Stags used to allow a CSC to leave from it but in the main it's a huns pub

Great site. The Celtic pub in Rome is excellent; mind you I watched the last huns game at the pub in via Leonina so I might be biased. We're on holiday next week in Sneem, Co Kerry and will miss the opening game. Is the pub in Tralee the nearest one likely to be showing the game? Help! james.f.graham@btinternet.com

Great Idea. We have a very CELTIC friendly Bar in PEFKOHORI HALKIDIKI GREECE. I have tried to turn all the locals and it is working. If we beat Ajax 3 Greek teams will be allowed in the Champions league next season and the likely third team would be the local team of this area PAOK. We are Northern Greece supposed to the southern money teams of Panithinikos and Olympiakos(sorry about the spelling)So the PAOK prayers are with us. The BARN PUB is situated in the middle of the village on the seafront. It can be easily recognised by the TRICOLOUR and the Swedish flag with the masters face thereon hanging from the sealing. If there are anymore greek comrades please contact.jjmckeown@hotmail.com Thank you lets see you all in Holland Hail Hail Pat McKEOWN

Hi there, very useful site. Thanks. We had an Irish Pub over here in Karlsruhe (Germany) but it suspended Sky Digital unfortunately. So frequent travel to Glasgow will be necessary to watch the games (lol). Can we use your banner to make a link to this site from our website? www.green-pages-online.de? We also have a newsletter. I think I will intruduce your site next time. Maybe some of the Celtic supporters in Germany know any Hoops-Bar. Hail Hail Sam Tex

Remove the hibs club in carfin we have been asked to leave for wearing the hoops.

This is not a celtic pub it is an AOH club. and they only use the supporters on match days to fund club.

A new pub in Coatbridge called TAZBA will be holding green nights most weekends.

There is also a good pub in the middle of the HUN town of Airdrie - The Shamrock Bar who also hold green nights and visiting buses are welcome before and after any game in the area.

Congrats on your new site, a site like this is certainly long overdue and it seems to be getting a great reaction. I think though, a problem you face is that as word gets round about the site, every brass necked landlord will be putting there pubs name forward. So I think constant feedback from users of the site on whether the pub they have visited is really a Celtic pub is important. Also if Celtic games are actually shown in the pubs is vital. So keep up the good work.

Ryan Fay Cricklewood London As has been suggested before i think it would be a great addition to have a clearer address as being in a strange town for 1-2 days on business/stag/wedding means you want to know where to go rather than waste time as sometimes taxi drivers and the like do not know the tim shops. Great idea and not before time. Also Barretts pub on Cricklewood Broadway is a good tim boozer and as an add on to the Prince of Wales( Don't worry name soon to change) is where the Sheperds Bush Emerald CSC are based. Contact Brendan Connolly on 0208 748 1236. That is the pub listed as on Dalling Rd
